Networking for Elementary School Teachers

I am currently trying to complete my coursework to become an Elementary School Teacher. I am always looking for new and creative lesson plans , classroom management ideas, and any useful information that pertains to the classroom. I wanted to create a website where teachers could share their classroom expertise and any information that could help better the educational experience.
